Static Steering Policies Limit Commercial Performance
Traditional steering approaches rely on fixed rules that cannot adapt to changing partner performance, subscriber behavior, or commercial priorities.
We intelligently steer outbound voice and data roaming sessions to preferred partner networks across 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G SA...
Product Overview
We intercept registration signaling in real time through our integrated Border Roaming Gateway (BRG) across MAP (2G/3G), Diameter S6a (4G LTE), and HTTP/2 SBI (5G SA), combining AI-driven decision models with configurable steering policies to make routing decisions within milliseconds. Steering decisions consider partner priority, historical roaming patterns, subscriber behaviour, commercial commitments, DPI-derived QoE insights, and service capability to continuously optimize roaming performance.
We also extend steering into 5G SA with UDM integration, SEPP-based enforcement, and slice-aware control, while detecting and mitigating anti-steering behaviour in real time.
The Outcomes Are Clear
Capabilities
Our integrated Border Roaming Gateway (BRG) intercepts MAP, Diameter S6a, and HTTP/2 SBI registration messages in real time, providing a secure, standards-compliant control point for steering decisions across 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G SA without impacting subscriber experience.
We define steering rules across partner priority, load distribution, commercial commitments, DPI-derived QoE metrics, subscriber segments, subscriber behaviour, and service capabilities giving full control over traffic distribution while continuously optimizing steering effectiveness.
We continuously learn from roaming events, partner performance, subscriber behaviour, and steering outcomes to refine routing decisions and improve commercial performance over time.
We enable 5G-native steering using UDM-based preferred network delivery and SEPP-based enforcement to control outbound roaming from day one.
We detect and neutralize RNA Swap, E.164 manipulation, and Fake Location Update attacks, preserving steering effectiveness and providing actionable visibility.
We match subscribers and network capabilities to ensure voice services work as expected, reducing failures and improving roaming experience.
We steer based on slice availability using S-NSSAI mapping and substitution, enabling control and monetization of 5G enterprise services.
We push preferred and forbidden network lists directly to SIMs, reinforcing steering decisions and reducing repeated signaling overhead.
We combine steering data with DPI-powered QoE insights to provide real-time visibility into partner performance, subscriber experience, traffic distribution, and commercial compliance.
Process
We capture registration signaling through our Border Roaming Gateway (BRG) across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G as subscribers attempt to connect in a visited network.
We apply multi-dimensional policies based on commercial agreements, subscriber profile, QoE, and service capability.
We steer the subscriber to the preferred network using signalling responses, SIM updates, or hybrid enforcement in 5G SA.
We track outcomes in real time through dashboards, reports, and alerts, ensuring continuous optimisation and compliance.
Results
We ensure traffic consistently flows to preferred partners, improving the commercial return from roaming agreements.
We convert traffic-share commitments into measurable, enforced outcomes with real-time visibility.
We shift traffic away from high-cost networks and meet usage commitments automatically.
We maintain steering effectiveness even in the presence of anti-steering behaviour.
We extend full steering control into 5G SA with UDM, SEPP, and slice-based capabilities.
We automate steering execution, monitoring, and reporting, removing dependency on manual processes.
